Try and do any last minute trimming and shaping on your Lavender bushes by mid April. Late April, early May is a great timing to replace any winter damaged Lavender bushes. The more tropical Lavender varieties, like the Spanish stoechas ones, arriving in local nurseries in May plus larger gallon pots of all varieties. Angustifolias are still the classic sweet Lavender for culinary uses...
